As a personal trainer it’s not always just about correcting your form on exercises, encouraging you to do that one extra rep or monitor your eating habits. Even though it actually is, on a larger scale it’s about applying those same encouraging and challenging exercises and painful repetitions to every day life’s challenges. I want to see you get that promotion, I want to see you get that second date, expect a raise, get back into that size 5! I train to push limits. I train to encourage a better & more rewarding lifestyle. I train to change lives. As the old military saying goes, “The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.”
