Get your swim on!

Like to swim, getting ready to join a Government branch or preparing for a race? Sign up for my Aquatix Sessions year ’round. The best workouts are in the water. You need to move every limb against resistance in the water, it keeps your heart rate up, it’s easy on the joints, builds cardiovascular endurance and aids in weight loss.

As an avid swimmer, prior Navy Rescue Swimmer and Navy SOF Operator I’m more that suited to meet your demands.

The training evolution will consist of basic swimming, running and body weight exercises. If you’re planning on losing weight and improving your conditioning then this is the training meant for you!

You MUST HAVE minimum swimming skills.
(Tread water for 30seconds. Utilize crawl, side or breast stroke)

* MUST BE POOLSIDE READY FOR WATER ENTRY AT SCHEDULED TIMES!

– Swim goggles or mask
– Swim Fins (Optional)
– Swim cap (Recommended)
– Back Pack for runs (Optional)
– Sunscreen (Optional)
– Towel
